NCT ID NCT07219641

Summary

This study tested whether certain health and wellness products could improve memory, focus, and thinking skills. 750 adults in the US took either an active product or a placebo (inactive pill) for several weeks without knowing which they received. Researchers tracked changes in cognitive function, fatigue, and sleep through online surveys to see if the products made a difference.
