NCT ID NCT07013630
Summary
This study aimed to see if certain health and wellness products could improve thinking skills, reduce tiredness, and help with sleep. It involved 500 adults in the US who took either a real product or a placebo (a look-alike with no active ingredients) for several weeks without knowing which one they got. Participants reported their results through online surveys from home, with no clinic visits required.
