Can a pill sharpen your mind? 500 people test wellness products
NCT ID NCT07148986
Summary
This study tested whether common health and wellness products sold directly to consumers can improve thinking skills like memory and focus. 500 adults in the US took either a real product or a placebo pill for several weeks without knowing which one they received. Researchers measured changes in cognitive function, fatigue, sleep, and anxiety through online surveys to see if the products made a meaningful difference.
