Can Over-the-Counter supplements clear brain fog? massive study tests the claim
NCT ID NCT06294431
Summary
This study tested whether certain health and wellness products could help adults who struggle with concentration and 'brain fog.' Nearly 5,000 participants across the US took either an active product or a placebo (a look-alike with no active ingredients) for several weeks without knowing which one they received. Researchers measured changes in self-reported focus, fatigue, and sleep issues to see if the products made a meaningful difference.
