Can Over-the-Counter wellness products really boost your health? 1,700 people tested them
NCT ID NCT06989710
Summary
This study aimed to see if common health and wellness products sold directly to consumers could improve people's overall sense of health and well-being. It involved 1,700 adults in the US who wanted to feel healthier. Participants were randomly assigned to take either a real product or a placebo (a look-alike with no active ingredients) for several weeks, and they reported on their health, mood, digestion, and sexual function through online surveys.
