Summary
This study aims to understand if simple strength and jump tests can predict how well weightlifters perform in official competitions. Researchers will observe 50 Mexican athletes during a national tournament, measuring their pulling strength and vertical jump power. The goal is to see if these physical measurements are linked to their final competition ranking.
