Summary
This study aims to find the best follow-up surgery for people who have regained weight or had poor results after a sleeve gastrectomy. It will compare two different types of gastric bypass surgery over five years. Researchers will measure weight loss, quality of life, food tolerance, and improvement in related health conditions like diabetes and sleep apnea.
