Summary
This study aims to see which approach works better for weight loss in overweight or obese adults: taking the medication liraglutide alone, or taking it combined with another medication called orlistat. Researchers will follow 120 participants for 24 weeks to measure their weight loss. The goal is to gather real-world evidence to help doctors choose the most effective treatment strategy.
