Can phones and fitbits help cancer survivors shed pounds?

NCT ID NCT02774759

Summary

This study is testing whether home-based exercise and diet programs can help endometrial cancer survivors lose weight and improve their health after treatment. Researchers are comparing three different approaches: exercise with strength training, exercise alone, and standard health check-ins. The goal is to see if these programs are practical and helpful for survivors in their daily lives.
