Summary
This study tests whether a personalized diet and exercise program, guided by a smartphone app, can help people with both coronary heart disease and obesity lose weight. About 140 adults aged 18-65 will use the app to track their weight and get healthy living advice. The goal is to see if this approach improves weight and heart health over one year.
