Summary
This study looks at how chemicals found in plastics, cosmetics, and food (called EDCs) affect weight in people with overweight or obesity. 226 participants will either follow a program to reduce EDC exposure or a standard digital weight loss program for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure weight changes and chemical levels in urine and blood to see which approach works better.
