Summary

This study tests a new once-daily drug, RO7795081, for helping people with obesity or overweight who also have weight-related health problems like high blood pressure or sleep apnea. About 340 adults will take either the drug or a placebo for 38 weeks to see how much weight they lose and if it is safe. The goal is to find a better option for long-term weight management.
