New program aims to help women tackle weight and heart risks
NCT ID NCT07404150
Summary
This 12-month study is observing how a supportive lifestyle program affects women whose weight increases their risk for heart disease. About 60 women aged 35-75 will attend group sessions and receive one-on-one support from health professionals. The study will track changes in weight, heart health markers, and overall well-being, and some participants may use GLP-1 weight-loss medication as part of their regular care.
