Summary

This study aims to find the best way to manage weight gain caused by antipsychotic medications used for schizophrenia. Researchers will compare three approaches over 26 weeks: adding the drug dapagliflozin, adding the drug metformin, or using lifestyle changes alone. The goal is to see which method helps people lose more weight and improves their overall health while they continue their necessary psychiatric treatment.
