Does pregnancy weight gain make anesthesia riskier?
NCT ID NCT07326644
Summary
This study aims to understand how weight gain during pregnancy affects spinal anesthesia for women having planned C-sections. Researchers will observe 200 women, grouping them by their weight gain, to see if it changes their blood pressure or other responses to the anesthesia. The goal is to gather information that could help make anesthesia safer and more predictable for future patients.
