Summary
This study tested whether a two-week online training program could improve how intensive care unit (ICU) nurses handle disagreements at work. Researchers enrolled 46 nurses from a single hospital and split them into two groups. One group took the online course while the other did not, to see if the training made a difference in their conflict resolution skills.
