NCT ID NCT06705660
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 06, 2026 · Updated 36 times
Summary
This study tested whether web-based lifestyle training or progressive relaxation exercises could reduce symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) in women aged 18-35. 66 women were split into three groups: one received online lifestyle advice, one received online relaxation training, and one received no training. Both training programs lasted two menstrual cycles, and symptoms were checked after a 4-week follow-up. The goal was to see if these easy-to-access online programs could improve quality of life and reduce common PMS symptoms like mood swings, fatigue, and pain.
