First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study looked at whether web-based lifestyle training or progressive relaxation exercises could help women with premenstrual syndrome (PMS). 66 women aged 18-35 with PMS were split into three groups: one received online lifestyle training, one received online relaxation training, and one received no training. The programs lasted two menstrual cycles, and symptoms were checked before, after, and one month later. The goal was to see if these online tools could reduce PMS symptoms and improve quality of life.
