Smart shoes and breathing monitors could personalize heart recovery workouts
NCT ID NCT06871943
Summary
This study aims to see if simple wearable technology, like a foot pod and a breathing monitor, can accurately measure how hard someone is exercising. Researchers want to use this information to help create better, personalized exercise plans for people recovering from a recent heart attack. About 24 participants will walk on a treadmill and on flat ground while wearing the devices to collect data.
