Summary
This study tests if comfortable wearable sensors and small skin patches can help older adults track their movement, heart rate, and stress levels at home. Twenty volunteers aged 65 and older will wear the devices for a short time. The goal is to see if this easy-to-use system can support personalized health monitoring and catch early signs of health decline.
