Sticker-Like sensors could help seniors stay independent

NCT ID NCT07217951

Summary

This study is testing whether comfortable, easy-to-use wearable sensors can help monitor the health of older adults in their own homes. Researchers want to see if soft patches that track movement, heart rate, and breathing, along with a gentle microneedle patch that collects tiny amounts of body fluid, can work together to measure signs of stress and inflammation. The goal is to create a simple system that provides useful health information without being complicated or intrusive.
