Summary
This study compares a wearable device-based remote rehabilitation system to traditional in-person rehab for people recovering from rotator cuff surgery. 72 adults who had their first rotator cuff repair at Peking University Third Hospital will participate. The goal is to see if the wearable system can improve shoulder movement, strength, and function just as well as standard rehab.
