Summary

This study is testing a new wearable device that measures insulin levels from sweat, aiming to replace blood draws. Researchers will compare insulin readings from sweat, skin fluid, and blood in 32 healthy adults after they drink a meal. The goal is to create a tool for personalized nutrition by helping people see how their bodies respond to different foods in real time.
