Glasses and watches tested to calm dementia symptoms and ease family stress

NCT ID NCT07249918

Summary

This small pilot study is testing if two wearable devices are easy and helpful for people with Alzheimer's and their caregivers. One is a wristwatch that tracks activity and sleep, and the other is special glasses that use light therapy, which may improve sleep and mood. Researchers want to see if people will use these devices and if they help reduce difficult dementia symptoms and caregiver stress.
