Summary

This study tests two wearable devices in 20 people with Alzheimer's and their caregivers in rural Taiwan. One device tracks activity and sleep, while the other uses light therapy to improve sleep and mood. The goal is to see if these tools are easy to use and if they can help reduce sleep problems and caregiver stress.
