First seen Feb 17, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at whether using wearable devices like the Apple Watch can help doctors remotely adjust medications for people with both heart failure and atrial fibrillation. About 400 participants will be split into two groups: one gets standard care, the other uses a smartwatch and ECG belt to guide treatment. The goal is to see if this approach improves medication use and reduces hospital visits.
