Wristband could reveal your Body's hidden daily clock
NCT ID NCT07336654
Summary
This study is testing whether a new wearable device can accurately track a person's daily body clock, known as circadian rhythm. Researchers will compare the device's readings against saliva samples from 30 participants, including healthy adults and people with sleep apnea or insomnia. The goal is to see if the wearable can reliably measure these natural rhythms without invasive tests.
