Summary

This study tests a small ankle bracelet that uses gentle vibrations to help older adults walk better and feel more steady. About 20 people aged 65 and older who use a cane or walker will try the device and complete simple walking and balance tests. The goal is to see if the bracelet can improve mobility and reduce the fear of falling.
