New study tests online training to help parents get kids with autism moving

Summary

This study tests an online training program called WE PLAY for Parents. It aims to improve caregivers' knowledge, confidence, and skills to encourage physical activity in their preschool-aged child with autism. About 114 parents will be randomly assigned to take the training right away or wait 3 months. The study measures changes in parent attitudes and practices through questionnaires.
