New online program aims to boost resilience in teens with heart defects

Summary
This study tests a 5-week online program called WE BEAT designed to help teens aged 12-17 with congenital heart disease build resilience and improve quality of life. Participants are randomly assigned to the program or usual care, and complete surveys and provide samples over 6 months. The goal is to see if the program helps them bounce back from challenges better than standard care.
