Summary
This study looks at whether drinking watermelon juice before exercise can help your heart rate return to normal faster and reduce muscle soreness the next day. Researchers will compare watermelon juice to Gatorade, sugar water, and plain water. The study involves 27 healthy adults aged 21-50.
