NCT ID NCT07244471
Summary
This study tested a new method for removing early-stage stomach cancer using a special endoscope that injects water while cutting. Researchers compared this water-injecting technique to the standard method in 548 patients. The goal was to see if the new approach was faster and just as safe for completely removing cancerous tissue.
