Summary
This study tested whether a traditional Chinese breathing exercise called Liuzijue, performed in water, could help children with lupus. It aimed to see if this gentle exercise could improve their heart and lung fitness and bone health. The trial involved 130 children and teenagers with lupus to measure changes in their physical capacity.
