Summary
This study tested whether a traditional Chinese water-based breathing exercise called Liuzijue could improve heart and lung fitness in children with lupus. It involved 130 children and teenagers with lupus, aged 7 to 15. Researchers measured changes in exercise capacity and bone health to see if this gentle activity could help manage long-term health risks.
