Summary
This study looked at whether a special water-based exercise program (liuzijue) could help children with lupus improve their heart and lung fitness. 130 children aged 7 to 15 with mild to moderate lupus took part. The exercise was done in water and focused on breathing and gentle movements to make exercise easier and safer.
