Summary

This study looks at how different warm-up routines affect the physical performance of female athletes who play sports like soccer, handball, and basketball. Twenty athletes will try three different warm-up strategies and then do jump and agility tests. The goal is to see which warm-up works best and how the athletes' expectations and feelings play a role.
