Could a soothing warm bath ease your wrist pain?
NCT ID NCT07252960
Summary
This study is testing if a single 20-minute session in a warm, gently swirling whirlpool bath can provide immediate relief for adults with carpal tunnel syndrome. Researchers will compare the bath's effects to simply resting, measuring changes in muscle stiffness and pain levels right before and after the session. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free therapy can be a helpful part of managing carpal tunnel symptoms.
