Summary
This study aims to understand if the common blood thinner warfarin affects male fertility in young men who need it after heart surgery. Researchers will compare sperm quality, hormone levels, and other markers in 90 men who take warfarin long-term, short-term, or not at all. The goal is to gather initial evidence to improve fertility counseling for these patients.
