NCT ID NCT07341438
Summary
This study is checking if adding physical activity to usual therapy is safe and practical for people with certain personality disorders. About 60 adults will be randomly assigned to either continue their usual treatment, add a walking program, or add supervised karate training for 8 weeks. The main goal is to see if these programs are feasible and acceptable, while also looking for any changes in symptoms, fitness, and well-being.
