Scientists put bunions to the test: does walking make pain and balance worse?
NCT ID NCT07177768
Summary
This study aims to understand how a long walk affects people with bunions (hallux valgus). Researchers will have 32 participants, some with bunions and some without, walk on a treadmill for one hour. They will measure pain, balance, and posture before, immediately after, and 20 minutes after the walk to see what changes occur.
