First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 43 times
Summary
This study tests whether the drugs bortezomib and rituximab can help control Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia, a rare blood cancer. About 46 people who have not had prior treatment will receive the combination. The goal is to shrink the cancer and collect stem cells that could be used for a transplant if the disease gets worse. Researchers will also check for side effects.
