NCT ID NCT06143839
Summary
This study observed 113 Italian adults with specific aggressive forms of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who were starting treatment with Vyxeos liposomal in their normal medical care. The goal was to see how well the treatment worked in real-world practice, focusing on achieving deep remission and survival. Researchers tracked whether patients achieved remission with no detectable cancer cells, overall survival rates, and side effects.
