Summary
This completed study tested 10 healthy breastfeeding women to see how much of the drug Vyleesi (bremelanotide) passes into breast milk after a single injection. Participants pumped and stored milk before dosing and stopped breastfeeding for the study. Researchers measured drug levels in milk and blood over 24 hours. The goal is to understand if the drug could reach the baby through milk.
