Summary
This early study aims to check the safety and how the body processes VX-272, a potential new treatment for cystic fibrosis. It will involve 128 healthy volunteers who will receive either the drug or a placebo. Researchers will measure drug levels in the blood and monitor for side effects to determine if it's safe to test in people with cystic fibrosis.
