New nasal spray enters first human tests for stubborn sinus condition

NCT ID NCT07259538

Summary

This is an early-stage study to first check if a new nasal spray called VVN432 is safe and how it behaves in the body. It will be tested first in healthy volunteers and then in people with chronic sinusitis. The main goal is to understand the spray's safety profile and how it is absorbed, not to prove it works yet.
