Can a brochure or a friend teach young women to check their health?
NCT ID NCT07479459
Summary
This study aims to find the best way to teach nursing students about vulvar self-exams to help them spot potential health problems early. Researchers are comparing a peer-led training session to an educational brochure, measuring if either method improves students' knowledge and their actual exam habits. The study involves 105 female nursing students who will be followed for three months after receiving one of the two types of education or no special training.
