Green dye could make lymph node checks easier for vulvar cancer patients
NCT ID NCT06035068
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study compares a new method using a green dye (ICG) and a special camera to the standard blue dye for finding lymph nodes in early-stage vulvar cancer. Ten adults with early-stage vulvar cancer will receive both dyes so doctors can see if the green dye works just as well. The goal is to make the procedure simpler and more accessible for patients.
