New hope for Tough-to-Treat vulvar cancer

Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of two existing cancer drugs, pembrolizumab and lenvatinib, can help control advanced vulvar cancer that has returned or spread and cannot be treated with surgery or radiation. It will enroll about 42 patients to see if the combination shrinks tumors and is safe. The main goal is to see how many patients' tumors respond to the treatment within the first 24 weeks.
