Summary
This early-stage trial tested whether adding an immunotherapy drug called vudalimab to standard hormone therapy or chemotherapy could help men with prostate cancer that has spread. Only 4 people took part before the study was stopped. The main goals were to check safety and see if the combination slowed cancer growth.
