Summary
This early-stage trial tests the safety of a new drug called VS-041 in 42 adults aged 50 and older who have a type of heart failure where the heart pumps normally but is too stiff (HFpEF). Researchers will monitor side effects and measure changes in blood markers related to heart health. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and affects key signs of the disease.
