This study is testing whether regular injections of an experimental drug called VRDN-003 can help people with active Thyroid Eye Disease. About 117 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo injection every 4 or 8 weeks to see if it reduces eye bulging, inflammation, and double vision. The trial is double-masked, meaning neither participants nor doctors know who gets the real treatment.
